"The process was an absolute breeze, eldan homes far exceeded our expectations! Build a new house instead of buying an existing home- what are you nuts? Those were our initial thoughts when we decided to move. We’ve heard so many horror stories of new construction snafus. We were skeptical and afraid to take on such a big project. We later found out that it wasn’t such a big project but rather an exciting adventure. The sales staff at eldan homes were warm, inviting and like a long lost friend- always there for us. We were walked through the process with a minimal amount of stress having all our questions and concerns addressed expediently. The sales staff and production crew were wonderful throughout the process. One of the most incredible experiences along the way was having the opportunity to have a private consultation with eldan homes exclusive and professional decorator. Kathy Tompkins made the overwhelming task of interior selections an absolute breeze and a pleasurable experience! Eldan homes far exceeded our expectations. The service, even after closing, has remained readily accessible to us. We are extremely pleased with our eldan home."
